Fresh365 Account Deletion
Delete your account in the app
Open the Fresh365 app and go to Profile / Account Settings / Delete Account. Review the deletion notice, confirm the request while signed in, and Fresh365 will show a deletion request reference number.
Submitting the request does not immediately erase all account records. Fresh365 first reviews the request, verifies the account where needed, and preserves records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud, refund, payment, delivery, accounting, consumer protection, safety, or dispute purposes.
The in-app flow uses your signed-in customer session, which is created through Fresh365 OTP login.
If you cannot access the app
Contact Fresh365 support and ask for account deletion. Include the phone number used for your Fresh365 account and any order reference that can help us verify your request.

What may be deleted
- Customer profile information used for the Fresh365 account.
- Saved delivery addresses and app preferences where deletion is legally permitted.
- Marketing or non-essential support profile data where applicable.
What may be retained
Fresh365 may retain records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment, refund, delivery, accounting, consumer protection, safety, or dispute purposes. Retained records are limited to what Fresh365 reasonably needs for those purposes.
